Today I went and had a post-work drink at Seven Grand in Downtown LA.
I’ve been in Los Angeles for ten months now, and for all of the insanity that this town brings, I have to say that I’m also really enjoying myself here.
I love discovering bars like the Seven Grand. I love the $6 dinner at one of the four Thai restaurants that line Hollywood Boulevard up the street from my apartment. I love the Metro — so clean and quiet — for all the times I don’t need to hop into my car to get downtown.
It’s fun living in a big city. A whole lot of fun.
